技术项目经理（Technical Program Manager）

主要职责
牵头跨职能团队，研发先进、低成本、集装箱式储能系统，重点满足高安全性、长寿命、高可靠性及可制造性要求。
与内部相关方及外部合作伙伴协作，明确项目范围、岗位职责与分工。
统筹产品原型开发、测试方案及相关试验，评估新产品设计并深化技术认知。
根据技术需求、业务重点及资金变动，监控并动态调整项目计划、里程碑与目标。
维护并同步准确的项目进度、预算预估、风险评估及状态报告。
推动数据驱动决策，确保工程、制造及管理团队目标一致、高效协同。
Key Responsibilities
• Lead cross-functional development of advanced, low-cost containerized energy storage systems designed for high safety, long service life, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Define project scope, roles, and responsibilities in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Coordinate prototyping efforts, testing programs, and experiments to evaluate new product designs and deepen technical understanding.
• Monitor and adjust project schedules, milestones, and targets based on evolving technical requirements, business priorities, or funding changes.
• Maintain and communicate accurate project timelines, budget estimates, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Drive data-based decision-making and ensure alignment between engineering, manufacturing, and leadership teams.
任职要求：
机械工程、电气工程、化学工程或相关技术专业，本科及以上学历。
5 年以上硬件开发与制造领域工作经验。
具备成功管理并交付复杂技术项目的成熟经验与业绩。
具备出色的分析思维能力，能够运用第一性原理解决关键技术问题。
优秀的书面及口头沟通能力，要求熟练掌握英语。
具备跨职能团队、供应商及高层管理协同推进的实战能力。
出色的组织与时间管理能力，可同时处理多项优先级工作。
思维灵活开放，能够快速适应业务与技术变化。
具备 2D 制图及 3D CAD 工具使用经验者优先。
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in hardware development and manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical programs.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to apply first-principles thinking to solve critical problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Being agile and open-minded for quick changes.
• Experience with 2D drafting and 3D CAD tools is a plus.
