Main Duties: Be responsible for the development of exhaust system parts, and submit deliverables (digital modelsdrawings,BOM, design reports, DVP, DFMEA, etc.) as planned. Be responsible for the sample trial production and test of exhaust system parts. Be responsible for the supplier review and development of exhaust system parts; Be responsible for solving technical problems related to the development, assembly, testing and massproduction of exhaust system parts. Be responsible for formulating the development plan for exhaust/turbocharger system parts, tracking the execution process, identifying and controlling risks, and identifying and controlling problems. Qualification Bachelor's degree or above in engine, vehicle engineering or related fields; More than 3 years of experience in the design and development, and familiar with the design planningand ideas of the main components of the engine; Have experience in the complete forward development of more than one type of engine. Or havecomplete forward development experience of two or more engine subsystems; Have strong experience in the design of engine components and be proficient in using relevant 3Dsoftware and simulation tools such as CATIA/UG5 Strong sense of responsibility, diligent and down-to-earth, proactive, innovative, with good communication,teamwork and English proficiency.
