工作职责 / Job Responsibilities
1.负责分管地区及相关产品的海外销售及B2B业务推进工作,完成公司设定的月度、季度及年度业务目标;
定期拜访海外客户及合作伙伴,与客户保持良好的沟通与合作关系。
Responsible for overseas sales and B2B business development of assigned regions and products, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets;
regularly visit overseas clients and partners to maintain strong business relationships.
2.跟进业务进展情况,收集客户及市场反馈信息,并与公司内部相关部门进行沟通与协调,确保业务推进过程中各项流程顺利完成。
Track business progress, collect client and market feedback, and communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of related business processes.
3.在销售工作的基础上,承担一定比例的业务流程管理及项目型工作,包括跨部门协调、进度跟踪及事项推进,确保各项业务及项目按计划有序开展。
In addition to sales activities, take responsibility for business process management and project-based tasks,including cross-department coordination, progress tracking, and task execution,to ensure business operations and projects proceed as planned.
4.收集、整理并分析客户及市场相关信息,定期制作并提交销售及市场分析相关报告。
Collect, organize, and analyze customer and market information, and prepare regular sales and market analysis reports.
5.在拓展新业务及维护现有客户的同时,持续学习产品知识、行业信息及业务技能,不断提升专业能力。
While developing new business and maintaining existing clients, continuously learn product knowledge, industry information, and business skills to enhance professional capability.
6.具备积极主动的工作态度,能够根据业务需要,在合理范围内接受国内及海外出差安排。
Demonstrate a proactive working attitude and be willing to undertake domestic and overseas business trips as required.
7.能够按时、有效完成上级交办的其他相关工作。
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors in a timely and effective manner.
任职资格 / Qualifications
1.工作地点:上海
Work location: Shanghai
2.年龄28–35岁,本科及以上学历(专业不限,文科背景亦可)。
Age 28–35, bachelor’s degree or above (major not limited; liberal arts background acceptable).
3.2年及以上相关工作经验,有海外销售、国际贸易、**B2B业务经验者优先;
具备对交易结构和业务流程的基本理解,能够从合同、物流、结算等环节识别基础风险,并将相关交易文档作为业务理解和问题分析的依据进行处理。
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience; experience in overseas sales, international trade, or B2B business is preferred.
Candidates should have a basic understanding of transaction structures and business processes, be able to identify fundamental risks across contracts, logistics, and settlement stages, and use transaction-related documents as a basis for business understanding and issue analysis.
4.(必须)英语听、说、读、写熟练;会韩语或其他外语者优先。
(Required) Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); Korean or other languages are a plus.
5.有汽车行业(内贸 / 外贸)经验者优先,但非必须。
Experience in the automotive industry (domestic or international trade) is preferred but not mandatory.
6.工作积极主动,具备较强的责任感、执行力及良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神,
能够适应业务发展的需要。
Proactive, responsible, and execution-oriented, with good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to adapt to business development needs.
