招聘岗位：IT 主管
1.Job Responsibility岗位职责
"1. Responsible for the whole company’s IT maintenance management and setting the norms and standards of system.
2. Responsible for the management of IT room, management and planning of system hard drive, such as server management and relevant back up.
3. Responsible for the planning of Weak Current, Security, Safety and other projects.
4. Responsible for daily office facility (Attendance System, Telephone, Meeting Affairs and Security) Management、service suppliers Management and follow up, including Printers, Copy Machines, Projector, Monitor and Attendance Machine; IT Fixed Assets management and purchasing evaluation of IT Facilities
5. Responsible for Group IT strategic on company’s landing implementation, participate with all departments for launching implementation of software and hardware project, including ERP system (Dynamics 365/AX), BI intelligent report system and etc.
6. Responsible for daily jobs management and managing IT affairs of affiliated companies according to the development of company.
1.负责全公司的IT维护管理，制定系统的规范和标准。
2.负责IT室的管理，系统硬盘的管理和规划，如服务器管理和相关备份。
3.负责弱电、安全、安全等项目的规划工作。
4.负责日常办公设施（考勤系统、电话、会议事务、安全）管理、服务供应商管理和跟进，包括打印机、复印机、投影仪、监控仪、考勤机；IT固定资产管理和IT设施采购评估
5.负责公司着陆实施的集团IT战略，参与各部门启动软硬件项目的实施，包括ERP系统(Dynamics365/AX)、BI智能报告系统等。
6.根据公司的发展，负责关联公司的日常岗位管理和IT事务管理。
2.D.Job Qualifications工作要求
1.Bachelor degree or above, Computer related major, above 3 years working experience;
2.Familiar with Dynamics 365/AX and relevant developing experience, ERP software development experience is preferred, proficient in using SQL Server database;
3.Strong ability on business demand analysis, process procedure improvement, problem solving ability and communication skills;
4.Ability to work on own initiative and within a project tea and ability to manage multitasks with minimum supervision;
5.Good English in speaking and reading.
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上工作经验；
2.熟悉Dynamics365/AX及相关开发经验，有ERP软件开发经验优先，熟练使用SQLServerber数据库；
3.具有较强的业务需求分析能力、工艺流程改进能力、问题解决能力和沟通能力；
4.能够主动工作，在项目中工作，能够在最低监督下管理多任务；
5.英语口语可以跟外国人沟通。"
