职位描述
国内货代销售，需有1年以上工作经验，且有一定的客户资源。可根据目前销售经验情况协商薪资提成。
1、通过QQ、微信、电话、邮件、扫楼和上门拜访客户等多种方式搜集国内工厂或同行客户的资料，与潜在客户建立有效沟通，了解其需求，寻找并把握销售机会，确保销售业绩的达成;
2、精准搜索并锁定核心客户群，建立完善的客户档案，确保客户信息的完整性和准确性，及时更新价格信息，保持对市场动态的敏锐洞察;
3、维护现有客户关系，对潜在客户进行细致的分析与筛选，准确把握客户需求，积极跟进新客户，促成交易并实现业务增长;
4、定期与合作客户进行深度沟通，加强双方合作关系，确保长期稳定的业务往来;
5、不断提升自身的综合销售能力，与上级保持密切沟通, 共同制定销售策略，实现销售目标；
6、具备良好的社交能力，进行商务沟通；
7、在校有学生干部经历优先。
