WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assist in daily revenue management operations, including pricing and inventory updates
- Monitor daily pick-up, booking pace, and market demand trends
- Support rate management across all distribution channels (OTA, direct channels, etc.)
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to support pricing decisions
- Prepare regular reports on occupancy, ADR, and revenue performance
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes
- Ensure data accuracy across systems (PMS, OTA platforms, internal tools)
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in revenue management, data analysis, or hospitality industry (internship experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of formulas, pivot tables preferred)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Familiarity with PMS, RMS, OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia) is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive and enjoy working with different challenges
- People-oriented, self-driven, and ambitious
