Customs Broker / 报关员

Job Responsibilities 岗位职责：
1.Responsible for import and export customs declaration, document preparation, review and submission.
负责进出口货物的报关、单证制作、审核及申报。
2.Classify HS codes accurately and calculate duties, taxes and fees.
准确进行商品 HS 编码归类，核算关税、增值税及相关费用。
3.Communicate and coordinate with customs, inspection and quarantine authorities, freight forwarders and clients.
与海关、商检、货代及客户沟通协调，处理通关事宜。
4.Handle customs inspection, document amendment, clearance exceptions and follow up solutions.
处理海关查验、改单、清关异常等问题并跟进解决。
5.Complete customs declaration formalities, ensure goods are released smoothly and on time.
完成报关手续，确保货物顺利、准时放行。
6.Manage and file customs declaration documents and related materials in accordance with regulations.
按规定管理、归档报关单据及相关资料。
7.Keep updated with customs policies, regulations and operation requirements.
及时了解并掌握海关最新政策、法规及操作要求。
8.Assist in tax refund, exchange verification and customs compliance work.
协助办理出口退税、外汇核销及关务合规相关工作。


Job Requirements 岗位要求：

1.College degree or above, major in International Trade, Logistics, Customs Declaration or related fields.
大专及以上学历，国际贸易、物流、报关等相关专业优先。
2.Familiar with customs declaration process, HS code classification, customs inspection and clearance procedures.
熟悉报关流程、HS 编码归类、海关查验及通关操作。
3.Proficient in preparing and reviewing customs documents, such as invoice, packing list, bill of lading, customs declaration form.
熟练制作及审核发票、装箱单、提单、报关单等报关相关单据。
4.Familiar with national customs policies, regulations, tax calculation and foreign exchange control requirements.
熟悉国家海关政策、法规、税费核算及外汇管理相关要求。
5.Good communication and coordination skills with customs, inspection authorities, freight forwarders and clients.
具备良好的沟通协调能力，能与海关、商检、货代及客户对接。
6.Careful, responsible, strong sense of compliance and risk control, able to work under pressure.
工作细心负责，合规与风险意识强，能承受工作压力。
7.Proficient in MS Office and customs declaration systems; relevant working experience is preferred.
熟练使用办公软件及报关系统，有相关工作经验优先。
8.Good English reading and writing skills for handling foreign trade documents.
具备良好的英语读写能力，能处理外贸英文单据。
