Responsibilities/岗位职责：
• Supervision of the Control Plan development process in line with customer requirements
按客户要求统筹控制计划编制工作
• Monitoring the capability of measurement systems, machines, and production processes (MSA, Cp/Cpk)
通过 MSA、Cp/Cpk 监控测量设备、工装及制程能力
• Participation in feasibility analysis for production processes
参与生产工艺可行性分析
• Participation in risk analysis for components, products, and processes (e.g. FMEA)
参与零部件、产品及制程 FMEA 风险分析
• Implementation of quality assurance processes in line with VDA2 PPA or PPAP AIAG requirements with suppliers and customers
协同供需双方落地 VDA2-PPA/AIAG-PPAP 质量流程
• Managing the complaint process using 8D methodology (both supplier and customer-related)
使用 8D 处理客诉及供方质量异常
• Conducting supplier audits, internal audits, and supporting customer audits; monitoring post-audit actions
实施供方 & 内审、配合客户审核，跟进整改落地
• Supervision of production process quality
管控生产过程质量
• Regular analysis and reporting of key quality indicators (PPM, Pareto analysis, Cp/Cpk)
定期统计分析 PPM、Pareto analysis、Cp/Cpk 等关键质量指标并汇报
• Immediate response to non-conformities and negative quality trends
快速处置不合格品与质量异常趋势
• Building and maintaining supplier relationships from a quality perspective
从质量维度维护供应商合作关系
• Supplier selection, evaluation, and setting quality objectives
供应商甄选、考评并设定质量目标
• Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve internal and external quality issues
牵头跨部门团队解决内外部质量问题
Requirements / 任职要求：
• University degree in a technical field
理工科本科及以上学历
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
5 年以上同岗位工作经验
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
英语口语、书面流利
• Experience in conducting audits (VDA 6.3)
拥有 VDA6.3 审核实操经验
• Knowledge of delivery quality assurance processes according to VDA 2 and PPAP (AIAG)
熟悉 VDA2 及 AIAG-PPAP 交付质量管控流程
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 Quality Management System requirements
掌握 IATF16949 质量管理体系要求
• Familiarity with MSA and SPC methodologies
精通 MSA、SPC 工具
• Knowledge of Flow Charts, FMEA and Control Plans development
可编制流程图、FMEA 及控制计划
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
能够识读、解析技术文件
• Strong problem-solving skills (knowledge of 8D methodology)
问题解决能力突出，熟练使用 8D
• Knowledge of customer-specific requirements and experience using customer portals (experience with VDA group customers is an advantage)
熟知客户特殊规范，会操作客户平台；有 VDA 体系客户经验优先
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
沟通良好，擅长团队协作
