质检员

主要职责：
· 独立控制进货，特别是钢铁零件和焊接件。
· 对机器零件进行功能测试。
· 执行机器的工厂验收测试。
· 评估、培训和提高供应商的质量。
· 准备与质量相关的数据，创建质量保证报告
· 与设计、生产和采购部门流畅沟通、协调
岗位要求：
· 具有有效认证或类似认证的注册焊接检验师。
· 具有 3 年以上重型机械装配和质量部门的工作经验，了解焊接技术。
· 掌握基本的英文听说读写能力，会德语是加分项。
· 具备技术理解能力（例如安全使用测量设备、阅读图纸）。
· 与供应商和客户进行自信和友好的沟通。
· 以目标为导向的工作方式和较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力。
Tasks
· Independently control incoming goods, especially steel parts and weldings.
· Conduct functional tests on machine parts.
· Execute factory acceptance tests of machines.
· Evaluate, train, and improve suppliers in terms of quality.
· Coordinate QA-related topics with MIXACO Headquarters in Germany.
· Communicate with the design, production, and procurement departments.

Profile:
· Certified Welding Inspector with a valid certification or similar certifications.
· More than 3 years of work experience in heavy machinery assembly and the quality department.
· Very good written and spoken Chinese and English skills. German is an advantage but not mandatory.
· Technical understanding (e.g., safe use of measurement equipment, reading of drawings).
· Confident and friendly communication with suppliers and customers.
· Goal-oriented way of working and a strong ability to analyze problems and find solutions.
