采购专员

主要职责：
· 在中国进行供应商选择和开发
· 独立进行采购条件和订购流程
· 日常运营业务：与设计、生产和会计部门合作，进行询价和订单处理、检查订单确认和发票以及监控交货日期
· 在 ERP 系统中维护与采购相关的供应商数据
· 与德国总部的采购部门密切交流
· 对来自德国的战略采购部件进行中期本地化
岗位要求：
· 了解机械工程和机械生产领域的供应商
· 具备商业和技术理解能力（例如阅读图纸）
· 有多年采购技术部件的经验
· 有组建采购团队的经验（优先考虑）
· 必须具备优秀的中英文书面和口语能力，会德语为加分项
· 愿意出差
Tasks
· Supplier selection and development in China
· Independent negotiation of purchasing conditions and ordering processes
· Operational day-to-day business: inquiry and order processing, checking order confirmations and invoices as well as monitoring delivery dates in cooperation with the Design, Production and Accounting departments
· Maintenance of purchasing-relevant supplier master data in the ERP system
· Close exchange with the purchasing department at the German headquarters
· Medium-term localization of strategic purchasing parts from Germany
Profile
· Knowledgeable of suppliers in the field of mechanical engineering and machinery production
· Commercial and technical understanding (e.g. reading drawings)
· Several years of experience in purchasing technical components
· Experience in setting up procurement teams (advantageous)
· Very good written and spoken Chinese and English skills, German is advantageous but not mandatory
· Willingness to travel
