Job Responsibilities:
1. Gather and understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
2. Collect and analyze terminal sales data, dealer inventory data, and manage national sales associate information.
3. Conduct store information statistics, manage terminal image, and coordinate the design and decoration of new stores.
4. Develop and implement terminal promotion activities, marketing plans, and action plans.
5. Collaborate closely with the company and the terminal sales team to provide necessary sales tools, terminal materials, training plans, and other resources.
Position Requirements:
Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or higher from a top-tier university , majoring in Marketing, Retail Science, or related fields.
Professional Skills:2-3 years of sales or marketing experience in the retail consumer goods sector (experience in the high-end building materials or electrical appliance industry is preferred). Possess commercial and strategic acumen, as well as cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills. Willingness to travel for business.
Language Proficiency: CET-6 as baseline requirement; fluent English speaking, listening, and writing skills; comfortable participating in all-English meetings.
