【职位描述 Job Description】
我们诚聘一名经验丰富的授薪律师加入，专注于公司法及民商事领域的诉讼与非诉法律事务。该职位要求候选人具备扎实的法律功底、优秀的英语能力，并能在高效、协作的团队环境中协助或独立承担案件。
We are seeking an experienced salaried
lawyer to join, focusing on corporate law and civil-commercial matters,
covering both litigation and non-litigation practice. The ideal candidate shall
possess solid legal expertise, excellent English proficiency, and the ability
to independently handle cases in a collaborative and efficient environment.
【岗位职责 Key Responsibilities】
诉讼领域 Litigation Practice

• 独立或协助合伙人处理公司类纠纷、合同纠纷、股权争议、投资争议等民商事诉讼及仲裁案件，包括案件分析、证据整理、法律文书起草及庭审支持；
• Independently or collaboratively handle civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases involving corporate disputes, contract disputes, equity conflicts, investment disputes, etc., including case analysis, evidence preparation, legal drafting, and hearing support;
• 参与执行案件及破产清算相关法律事务；

• Participate in enforcement proceedings and bankruptcy/liquidation-related matters.

非诉领域 Non-Litigation Practice

• 为企业客户提供常年法律顾问服务，包括合同起草与审阅、法律意见出具、合规审查、劳动人事管理等；
• Provide ongoing legal advisory services to corporate clients, including contract drafting and review, legal opinion issuance, compliance review, and labor and employment matters;

• 参与投资并购、股权重组、企业设立及清算等专项法律事务；
• Participate in special legal projects such as M&A, equity restructuring, company incorporation, and liquidation;

• 就公司治理、合规体系建设、风险管理等提供专业法律支持。
• Offer legal support on corporate governance, compliance system development, and risk management.

涉外与英语能力 International & English Proficiency

• 熟练使用英语作为工作语言，处理涉外法律文件、英文合同、法律意见书及涉外邮件；
• Use English as a working language in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, legal opinions, and international correspondence;

• 参与外商在华投资项目的法律支持，协助与外方客户或境外律所的沟通与协作；
• Support foreign direct investment projects in China, facilitate communication with overseas clients or foreign law firms;

• 参与跨境争议解决案件的材料准备与协调工作；
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of cross-border dispute resolution matters.

【任职要求 Qualifications】
教育背景 Education

• 法学本科及以上学历，公司法、民商法方向优先。
• Bachelor’s degree or above in law; preference for candidates with a focus on corporate law or civil-commercial law.

资质要求 Qualifications

• 已取得中华人民共和国律师执业证；
• Hold a valid PRC lawyer’s license.

从业经验 Experience

• 拥有2年以上律所或企业法务工作经验，其中至少1年专注于公司法或民商事领域；
• At least 2 years of working experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, with at least 1 years focusing on corporate law or civil-commercial matters;

• 具备独立处理诉讼案件或非诉项目的实务经验；
• Hands-on experience in independently handling litigation cases or non-litigation projects;

• 有服务外资企业或处理涉外案件经验者优先；
• Experience serving foreign-invested enterprises or handling cross-border matters is preferred.

语言能力 Language Skills

• 优秀的英语听说读写能力，能够熟练运用英语进行法律文书撰写及口头沟通；Excellent command of English (both written and spoken), with the ability to draft legal documents and communicate fluently in English;

• 能够以英语作为主要工作语言参与涉外法律事务；
• Able to use English as a primary working language in cross-border legal matters;

• 具备海外留学或工作经历者优先；
• Overseas study or work experience is preferred.
