Overseas Social Media Operation & Customer Development
Responsible for the daily operations of the company's domestic and international social media platforms, such as TikTok and Instagram. Proactively reach out to and develop European C-end clients (individual users/small e-commerce businesses) through methods like short videos, live streaming, and private message interactions.
Plan and execute content (English copywriting, videos, etc.) targeting the European market to increase account followers and customer inquiries.
Online Customer Consultation & Conversion
Provide online answers via platform private messages, WhatsApp, email, etc., for overseas clients regarding European dedicated line logistics services (e.g., transit time, customs clearance procedures, price calculation).
Quickly provide quotations based on client needs (e.g., personal parcel mailing, e-commerce small parcel shipping) and follow up to facilitate order closure.
Customer Relationship Maintenance & Secondary Development
Establish and maintain overseas client files, conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to uncover repeat purchase and referral opportunities.
Collect client feedback to assist in optimizing service processes (e.g., packaging suggestions, route recommendations) and enhance customer satisfaction.
Achieving Sales Targets
Meet the company's monthly/quarterly sales KPIs, focusing on C-end client conversion rates and repeat purchase rates.
Collaborate with the team to review sales scripts and platform operation strategies, continuously improving customer acquisition efficiency.
Job Requirements:
Language Proficiency
English as a working language: Possess fluent oral English communication skills (an English interview will be conducted), enabling barrier-free communication with overseas clients via live streaming, voice calls, and text.
Experience in cross-border e-commerce or logistics industry English is preferred. Familiarity with logistics terminology (e.g., customs clearance, tariffs, transit time) is a plus.
Platform Experience
Familiar with the workings of overseas social platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Experience in short video shooting, editing, or live streaming is preferred.
Skilled in using social media to identify potential clients. Possess a certain understanding of overseas users' communication habits.
Sales Ability
Possess strong online communication skills and sales acumen, able to build trust and facilitate orders quickly through text/voice.
Experience in freight forwarding, cross-border e-commerce, or foreign trade sales is preferred. Understanding of the European logistics market is an advantage.
Comprehensive Qualities
Goal-oriented, able to adapt to an office-based work model, with good self-management skills.
Patient and meticulous, capable of handling multi-threaded client consultations (assisted by CRM tools).
Proficient in using office software (basic Excel data processing, PPT proposal creation, etc.).
