物料计划员

Purpose of position: To assure the production and the delivery of the quantity of components declared to the final customer. Job Responsibilities: 1. Ensure that the daily’s production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectation, by also considering the stock level. 2. Suggest to the production the priorities and the workforce saturation point. 3. Analyze and prepare documents needed for production 4. Creates production schedule and prioritizes job-orders for production optimization. 5. Maintains the production schedule and other reports as required 6. Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory. 7. Interacts with shop floor management on a daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing 8. Efficiencies or additional information as requested from Manufacturing, Customer Service and accounting. 9. MMS pillar activity and push MMS to expand in MMGZ 10. Strictly follow the OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001, IATF16949 requirements 11. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.
