任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历,国际贸易、商务英语等相关专业优先。
2. 具备1-3年外贸业务经验,熟悉国际贸易流程、信用证操作及报关、物流等环节。

Job Title: International Sales Manager (Stainless Steel & Metal Products)

Established in 2010, our company specializes in the export of stainless steel materials and customized products, ranging from bulk commodities to deep-processed goods. We are backed by core agency resources from state-owned enterprises and maintain long-term cooperative agreements with private manufacturing factories to ensure stable production capacity.

Key Responsibilities
Leverage company-provided client leads and overseas trade show opportunities to independently develop international markets and achieve sales targets.
Maintain existing client relationships and manage the entire order lifecycle to ensure smooth delivery.
Participate in domestic and international exhibitions and overseas client visits to strengthen relationships and enhance client loyalty.
Collect market intelligence and industry trends to assist in formulating sales strategies.
Coordinate internal resources to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
College degree or above; majors in International Trade, E-commerce, English/other language, or Marketing are preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in foreign trade. Prior experience in stainless steel, metal materials, or related downstream application industries is highly preferred.
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) with strong business communication skills. Proficiency in a second foreign language is a plus.
Strong market development skills and customer service orientation, with the ability to independently acquire and maintain clients.
Familiarity with international trade processes and regulations. Proficiency in using various AI platforms is required. Must possess strong risk control awareness.
Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
General income
For sales professionals with one year of relevant foreign trade experience, the average monthly comprehensive income is over 10,000 RMB, with an annual income typically exceeding 180,000 RMB (high performers earn significantly more).
