We are looking for ambitious talents to join our global expansion journey. 【Core Responsibilities】 New Business Development (Hunting): Proactively identify and acquire new international clients through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Google, industry exhibitions (Global Sources/Canton Fair), and cold outreach. Key Account Management (Farming): Cultivate and deepen relationships with existing global clients. Drive business growth through up-selling, cross-selling, and ensuring long-term strategic partnerships. End-to-End Sales Management: Handle the full sales cycle from initial inquiry and technical solution proposal (in collaboration with the R&D team) to negotiation, contract signing, and payment collection. Market Insight & Branding: Conduct market research on industry standards and competitors. Act as a brand ambassador to promote our "Smart Logistics" solutions in the global market. Client Success Coordination: Liaise between the client and our production/logistics departments to ensure high-quality delivery and exceptional after-sales service. 【Requirements】 Education & Language: Bachelor’s degree or above. Native-level or professional fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must. Proficiency in a second foreign language is a strong plus. Experience: * For Experienced Candidates: 3+ years in export sales, preferably in industrial manufacturing, smart hardware, or logistics equipment. For Fresh Graduates: Highly motivated individuals with excellent learning agility and a "can-do" attitude. We provide a comprehensive mentorship program.
