Monday to Friday 9:30 to 6:30,
Saturday 10 am to 1pm

A Purchase Manager for an Hotel Furniture exporter from China to USA
Deep knowledge in technical drawings and specifications in furniture manufacturing and sourcing.
Candidates should have 3–10 years of experience, preferably with a background in hospitality or high-end residential FF&E
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Direct experience with FF&E procurement for hotel, hospitality, or commercial interior projects for USA market.
Proven experience working directly with Chinese factories for manufacturing/export
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Interior Design, or Business Administration.
Native fluent of Mandarin and fluent English
Ability to negotiate with suppliers effectively in both languages.
Experience with CAD, Revit, or specialized spec-writing software
In-depth knowledge of interior design specifications, technical drawings, and materials.
Proficiency in ERP systems, procurement software, and advanced Excel for cost benchmarking and reporting
Experience establishing new supplier relationships or improving supply chain processes.
Expertise in making purchase order management and packing list
Familiarity with quality control standards (AQL) and inspection procedures, Handling production schedules and Quality inspections
Strong understanding of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP etc).
Knowledge of US Customs regulations, import documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading), and furniture compliance standards (e.g., fire safety, fragile, eco-labeling, )
