合资公司的业务范围主要是生产和执行空中交通管制系统，其技术基于管理着中国80%的由泰雷兹提供的空中交通管制系统的先进技术。这些系统是：成都、北京、上海和广州三大区域管制中心，合肥、天津管制中心和北京进近管制中心。

空管技术装备发展有限公司是民航总局空管局与7个地区空管局共同投资成立的有限责任公司，在空中交通管理领域具有牢固的经验，并根据中国民航空管业务的需求开发并积累了卓越的技术实力。

泰雷兹在关键软件任务系统领域以及为空中交通管理领域提供当代技术方面是先进的公司。

Beijing EasySky Technology Ltd. (BEST) is a joint venture between CivilAviation Air Traffic Control Technology & Equipment DevelopmentCo.Ltd.(TEDC) and Thales Group.

BEST business activities is primarily in the domain of implementingAir Traffic Control systems based on technology that handlestoday nearly 80% of the entire Chinese air traffic with Beijing, Shanghai andGuangzhou regional ATC system, Hefei, Tianjin and Lanzhou sub-regional ATCsystems, and the approach ATC system in Beijing.

TEDC is a limited company invested by CAAC ATMB and 7 local ATMBsand has developed an unsurpassed technical know-how on the Chinese ATCequipment specificities and customer needs

Thales is one of the leaders in mission critical systems andnotably a enterprise in delivering state-of-the-art solutions to theAir Traffic Management (ATM) community.

Based on the above field-proven technology and through transfer oftechnology, BEST will develop and innovate in local ATM system products aimingat providing high-quality and reliable service to the Chinese aviationcommunity.

BEST will particularly focus on developing its own ATC product andservices targeting medium and small sized ATC systems in order to meet theChinese ATC requirements.
