Operations/Supply Planner

Production Supervisor
Your role and responsibilities
● 基于客户需求编制、调整生产计划，确保准时交货；
Production plan preparation and adjustment based on customer demand to ensure on time delivery;
● 根据生产计划及销售预测制定物料需求计划，确保物料准时供应
Prepare material demand plan based on production plan and sales forecast to ensure material availability;
● 对计划执行情况进行有效跟踪，确保计划达成率；
Track production execution to ensure production plan achievement;
● 各生产线统筹协调，优化产能利用率；
Coordination between production lines to optimize capacity utilization;
● 及时维护SAP中生产工单相关信息；
Production order maintenance
● 对缺料情况进行有效跟踪，确保生产计划准时完成
Material shortage follow up to ensure production plan completed on time;
● 监控库存水平，改善库存周转率
Inventory monitoring and improve ITO
● 呆废料的预防、控制及处理
Aging material precaution, control and dispose
Qualifications for the role
● 大学本科或以上学历 Bachelor’s degree or above
● 良好的英语口语及书写能力 Fluent oral and written English
● 熟悉SAP系统，有一年以上相关工作经验 Familiar with SAP system, more than one year related work experience
● 良好的语言沟通能力，团队合作精神 Good communication skills and team spirit
● 熟练使用Office办公软件 Proficiency in using MS Office
