What You’ll Be Doing
1.负责机加工和装配相关工艺过程设计,开发相关工具工装夹具。Responsible for assembly process design and development of relevant fixtures. 2.按质量体系要求编写机加工和装配工艺文件,包括:SOP,WI,PFMEA,CP, CI,标准化联合动作表等。Prepare assembly process documents according to quality system requirements, including SOP, WI, PFMEA, CP, CI, etc. 3.负责新工艺与设备的调研和验证.Be responsible for the investigation and verification of new process and equipment. 4.解决生产过程中遇到的工艺问题.Solve the process problems encountered in the production process; 5.完成部门经理安排相关的工作。Complete the work related to assembly process arranged by the Department Manager 6.工艺持续改进,包括安全、质量、交付和成本。Continuous improvement of machining process, including safety, quality, delivery and cost. 7.参与和管理工艺变更控制项目和工艺改进项目Participate in and manage process change control projects and process improvement projects 8.领导或参与解决与机加工相关的客户投诉Lead or participate in solving customer complaints related to machining 9.负责过程能力及产能分析Responsible for process capability and capacity analysis 10.按要求完成PLM系统内的新产品释放、变更、PPAP等系统流程Responsible for PLM system operation of manufacturing engineering process include new product release,PPAP,Change request and Change notice schedule.
What We're Looking For
1.本科及以上学历,机械/液压/电器自动化等相关专业毕业。Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical 2.流利的英语表达能力。Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English. 3.3年以上工艺工作经验。At least 3years working experiences in assembly engineering. 4.具备解决装配工艺相关问题的能力。Ability to solve problems regarding assembly engineering. 5.快速学习新知识和技能的能力。Ability to quick learn new applications and new technologies. 6.熟悉ISO9000标准和质量工具。Be familar with ISO9000 standards and quality tools
