PCBA 设计工程师

工作职责：
01 Design electronic components, software, products, or systems for commercial, industrial, medical, military, or scientific applications.
01 Analyse customer needs and determine electrical system requirements, capacity, and cost to develop a system plan.
01 Plan and develop applications and modifications for electronic properties used in parts and systems to improve technical performance.
01 Keep up with industry and familiar with new standard coming up and provide recommendation to upgrade existing equipment/procedure to meet project needs.
01 Develop concepts and designs for the next generation system and sustaining engineering
01 Design datapath architecture
01 Representing electrical engineer in other sub-system architecture and design reviews
01 Define interfaces with other critical sub-systems
01 Work with other engineering groups such as Mechanical, Optical, Software, Systems and Manufacturing engineers to ensure detailed integration and test at the subsystem and system levels
01 Solve challenging engineering problems by characterizing components, designing or prototyping analog front-end circuits, selecting components, generating schematics, directing PCB layout, and debugging PCBAs in the labs
01 Utilize CAD System to prepare printed circuit board (PCB) documentation (e.g., schematic diagrams, Gerber files, layouts, assembly drawings and Bills of Material).
01 Assist in supporting the daily Engineering Operation 01 To perform any tasks assigned by the superior
任职要求：
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or system engineering
At least 3 years' experience with proficiency in these areas: o Mixed signal board design
o OrCAD\Cad tools and electronic simulation tools.
o Analog and Power design, ADCs, DACs, DC\DC, OP Amplifiers and sensors.
o Full cycle of PCB design from Schematics through Layout to Manufacturing.
o Electronic fundamentals (Signal integrity, Power integrity, EMI\EMC etc.)
o Low noise linear analog circuitry, characteristics of analog components,
o CCD/TDI sensors and image acquisition
Understand capabilities and coding techniques of advanced FPGA devices
Proficient with the use of electronics laboratory equipment, bring up and troubleshoot PCBAs
Self-driven, independent and possess excellent oral and written communication skills to successfully collaborate with our accomplished engineering team
