主要职责和活动Key Accountabilities
1. 建立成本计算模型,据此编制年度管理计划和预测,确保物流成本预算在执行过程的有效控制
Build the cost calculation model and make the MP and forecast, Ensure the budget and actual execution are effectively controllable
2. 归集相关物流费用和进行数据一致性检查,分析物流成本差异,确保数据完整和可靠
Collect the related logistic expense and make the data consistency, analysis cost variance make sure that all the record are complete and reliable
4.完成相关会计记账工作,按时进行月末结账,及时编制成本分析报表和进行差异分析,同时将结果汇报给上级领导Finish the account bookkeeping and do the monthly closing on time, prepare the cost report and analyse the variance, report to superior with related supporting files
5.协助物流总监的日常管理工作,从财务角度评估相关行为的影响和风险,提出可能的解决方案和推动相关整改措施Support the logistic director on daily management, evaluate the influence and risks on some actions from financial view, propose potential solutions and promote corrective actions
6.及时完成其他工作Others
