精益生产主管

岗位要求：
1. 根据集团的ZFPS规划，制定公司的年度ZF PS实施路线图。
According to the Group's ZF PS requirements, planning the company's annual ZF PS implementation roadmap.
2. 根据年度路线图制定ZFPS的具体推进计划。协调、组织、推动相关活动。
Develop a specific ZFPS promotion plan based on the annual roadmap. Coordinate, organize and promote related activities.
3. CTC推行全员生产维护协调员
TPM Coordinator for CTC
4. 定期检查、评估公司ZFPS推进状态，根据评估结果制定改进措施。
Regular inspection, assessment of the company ZFPS promoting status, according to the assessment results to develop improvement measures.
5. 根据ZFPS目标清单，和相关领导、部门共同计划组织ZFPS各类改善研讨会。
According to ZFPS objectives list, relevant leaders, departments jointly plan to organizevarious types of improvement ZFPS Workshop.
6. 定期向集团总部和中国区ZF PS团队负责人汇报ZFPS的推进状态和活动。
Regularly report to team leader of the Group headquarters and PSC AP about progress and activities of ZFPS
7. 参加集团总部和中国区的ZF PS相关会议和各类研讨会。
Participated in ZF PS related meetings and workshop in the Group headquarters and PSC AP.
8. 跟集团ZFPS负责人共同计划和组织协调年度的精益评估。
Coordinate with the Group's ZFPS Leaders to plan and organize the annual Lean Assessment.
9. 定期跟踪ZF PS任务清单（改善清单）及自我评估任务清单
Regularly track ZF PS task list (improvement list) and self-assessment task list
10.按照集团标准，组织 ZFPS 相关精益方法的培训，并进一步完善培训文件。
Organize ZFPS-related lean method training and further improve training documents in accordance with the Group's standards
11.制定员工精益生产知识的岗位技能规划，评估员工能力水平，根据评估结果确定培训需求，支持并监控培训的有效进行。
Develop staff skills planning for lean production knowledge, assess staff competency levels, identify training needsbased on assessment results, and support and monitor the effective conduct of training
12.负责公司的CIS活动及改善提案的管理和实施。
Responsible for the management and implementationof the company's CIS activities and improvement proposals.

职位任职条件 Basic Requirements：
• 工程背景 Engineering background
• 超过5年的精益生产管理经验 More than 5 years Management Lean experience
• 大学，学士学位University, Bachelor degree
• 英语流利 English fluently
• 计算机应用水平Computer：MS office, AutoCAD,
• 熟练掌握各种精益工具和方法 Proficient lean tools and methods
