生产技术工程师

1.进行自动化设备、生产线或整套系统的概念设计、技术方案制定和详细工程设计。/Carries out conceptual design, technical proposal development, and detailed engineering design for automated equipment, production lines, or complete systems.
2.应用标准现代工业设备并实施流程标准化。/ Apply standard modern industrial equipment and implement process standardization.
3.开发及测试生产制造，测试技术。/Development and testing of manufacturing & testing technologies.
4.产品生产相关流程开发。/Product production related process development.
管控、优化核心流程及设备。/Control and optimize core processes and equipment.
5.熟悉产品特性，进行产品及生产流程失效分析及措施实施，评估有效性。/ Be familiar with the product and production technology, do the trouble shooting, plan and execute corrective action, control effectiveness.
6.上级安排的其他任务。/Other flexible task assigned by superior.

任职要求：
1.机电一体化，自动化或机械，电子类相关专业【第一学历为统招本科】。/Graduate with university degree in mechatronics，automation, or engineering related.
2.具有机械/电子/电器/电磁相关专业背景。/Manufacturing in mechanical/electronic/electrical/magnetics industrial experience is preferred.
3.熟悉自动化及智能制造相关技术，具有系统化数字化思维。/Familiar with automation and smart manufacturing technologies, possessing systematic and digital thinking.
4.熟悉流程控制优先。/Familiarity with process control is preferred.
5.良好电脑应用技能。/Be skillful in PC software。
6.英语良好。/Basic English speaking and writing.
7.较强的分析能力。/Method analytic thinking.
8.良好的沟通技巧及团队合作能力。/ Good communication and coordinating ability.
