Communication Specialist 沟通专员

Responsibilities 职责
• Organization of communication related material, including:
组织策划公司沟通、宣传相关的资料，包括：
-Company introduction;
公司介绍；
-Articals, posts, videos, etc. for internal/external communcation purpose;
用于内、外部沟通宣传目的的各类文章、文案、视频等；
-Promotion of company culture;
企业文化宣贯；
-Internal communication platform maintenance, e.g. BGN.
内部沟通平台维护，如：公司内网。
• Support on staff activity and events:
支持公司各类员工及内部活动：
-Preparation of associate conference;
员工大会相关内容准备；
-Employee repasentative meeting and follow-up;
员工代表会议组织及跟进；
-Organization of internal awards;
内部奖项组织；
-Staff activity;
各类员工活动；
-Anniversary events;
周年庆活动；
-Support on PR related activities, e.g. meetings, visits, special events, etc.
协助公共关系相关活动，如：会议，访客接待，活动组织等。
• Development of internal communication tools to assure efficiency and quality of communication tasks.
发展内部沟通工具，以确保相关任务完成的效率及质量。
• Other relevant tasks assigned by superiors for achieving company’s objectives, e.g. employee suggestion and CIP, etc.
上级交办的为实现公司目标的其他工作，如：员工建议及持续改进等。
Qualifications & Requirements
任职资格及要求
• Education学历
Bechelor degree or above.
本科及以上学历。
• Skills技能
-Strong written and verbal communication skills;
优秀的书面及口头表达沟通能力；
-Strong skills of planning, organization, coordination and exicution;
较强的计划、组织、协调及执行能力；
-Strong networking skills;
良好的人际关系能力；
-Strong English language skills;
良好的英语能力；
-Strong PC and MS Office skills;
良好的计算机及办公软件应用能力；
-Strong skills of popular communication tool;
熟练掌握各类流行传播工具；
-Strong ability of learning.
较强的学习能力。
• Experience工作经验
-Three years+ working experience;
三年以上工作经验；
-Working experience at JV or WOFE preferred;
具备合资或外商独资企业工作经验者优先；
-Candidates with outstanding competence and potential of rapid growth are also considered with lower conditions.
具备良好基本素质及发展潜力者，应聘条件可适当放宽。
