职位描述

道路运输合约物流
Key Outcomes:
1. Servicing with high quality services in line with company policy and operation standards
2. Ensuring customer satisfaction that should exceed customers’ expectation.
3. Pro-active problem solving skills and deadline oriented.
Position Accountabilities:
1. Follow the handling procedures as laid down for the customer.
2. Provide timely response to customer’s queries or requests on daily operations.
3. Update customer with shipment status from time to time proactively
4. Work closely with operations and other teams within the project to meet customer’s require and solve daily operational issues.
5. Perform any special duties or projects as assigned by the superior.
6. Proper documentation filling
7. Understand and know well the operation cost, give right quotation to customer for any additional operation requirement. Record and give accounting dept for billing.
8. Make sure the accurate system transaction and document creation.
Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:
1. Diploma or equivalent
2. 1 years of experience in a related capacity
3. Ability to work effectively in a customer driven deadline environment
4. Good command of written English and spoken Chinese, Mandarin an asset.
5. Willing to work extended hours when required
6. Willing to work on shifts.

5. 完成上级指派的任何特殊任务或项目
6. 规范完成文件归档工作
7. 深入了解运营成本,针对额外运营需求向客户提供准确报价。记录并提交至财务部门进行账单处理
8. 确保系统操作与单据创建的准确性
相关教育背景、硬技能、知识与经验:
1. 专科文凭或同等学历
2. 1年相关岗位工作经验
3. 能够在客户驱动的时效性环境中高效工作
4. 具备良好英语书面能力
5. 愿意在需要时延长工作时间
6. 接受轮班工作安排
