Job Description: (Associate) Portfolio & Operation Manager, CICoR ED Overview The China Innovation Center of Roche (CICoR), Early Development (ED) group, is seeking an organized and experienced professional for the role of (Associate) Portfolio & Operation Manager in the Shanghai office. This position is vital for ensuring the efficient operation of CICoR-sponsored clinical trials in China and providing essential portfolio management support for our Early Development projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in procurement, contract coordination, and external vendor management, contributing directly to the success of our clinical research pipeline. Key Responsibilities Operational and Trial Management ● Coordinate the procurement, operation, and contract process for CICoR-sponsored clinical trials in China. ● Manage Contract Research Organization (CRO) relationships and oversee their performance for CICoR ED clinical trials. ● Ensure all operational activities comply with internal SOPs, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and local regulatory requirements. ● Manage the ED departmental budget, track expenditures, and support financial forecasting for operational needs. ● Serve as the key point of contact for operational and contract-related inquiries from internal teams and external partners. Portfolio Support ● Provide essential Portfolio management support for ED projects, including tracking project status, milestones, and deliverables. ● Assist in the preparation of portfolio status reports and presentations for ED leadership and stakeholders. ● Support resource planning and allocation across the ED project portfolio as needed. Administrative and Process Facilitation ● Provide basic support to facilitate and maintain ED meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minutes documentation. ● Organize and maintain departmental documentation, SOPs, and project files. ● Contribute to the continuous improvement of ED operational processes and documentation management.
