职位描述

英语
1.Order Processing and Follow-up: Assist in managing client orders from order confirmation to payement and delivery.
2.Logistics Coordination: Track shipments, coordinate with logistic department and communicate delivery status to both internal teams and external clients.
3.Payment Montoring: Support on pushing customer's payment by tracking invoice status, following up on pending payments, updating financial recordes, etc.
4.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain organized records of orders, shipments and payments; asssit in generating regular reports to team based on request.
5.Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with sales, commercial, logistic and other internal teams to resolve issues, ensure end-to-end process efficientcy and improve customer satisfaction.
6.Other related tasks assigned by supervisor.
Acceptance Criteria:
1.Ensuring accuracy and timely update the status to clients and relevant parties(e.g.feedback within 1 work day)
2.Proactively assist on shipment tracking based on specific requests from clients, esclate abnormal issue within 0.5 work day.
3.Checking customer payment daily, reminding clients for payment before due date, escalting abnormal status to related sales commecials within 1 work day once there is any risk.
4.Filing related documents by client and date cleary and sytematically; Preparing releated regular reports within 2 work days.
5.Professonalism: Maitain polite and clear communication with internal teams and external clients. Escalte complex or sensitive issues to direct supervisor for timely risk control.
6.Complete the assigned tasks efficiently and proactively communicate with supervisor if any questions.
人员要求:
1.Familiar with customer service; commercial and order process;
2.Basic knowledge in logistics issues of order processing
3.Basic knowledge on Contract Law, Chinese TAX system and INCOTERM;
4.Good communication skill with internal /external contacts;
5.Office software knowledge, basic SAP is preferred
6.Fluent English in reading and writing;
7.Education - Bachelor degree or above, major of business administration is preferred
