职位描述
1. 负责投标阶段汽轮机选型、汽机岛工艺流程设计以及设备选型等，确保产品能够满足不同电厂的需求，提高设计效率和质量，提升汽机岛方案精准性和竞争力。
2. 负责技术标书编制与审查，协助技术科长完成投标技术文件编制，组织专业内技术评审与修改，确保技术内容完整准确，避免关键参数遗漏或偏差。
3. 负责业主技术沟通与澄清，参与业主技术会议，针对方案细节进行专业解释与答疑，及时响应技术疑问并形成闭环管理。
4. 负责技术风险预控，识别分管项目中的潜在技术风险（如设备兼容性、施工可行性），提出预防措施并推动闭环整改，避免问题升级影响项目进度。
5. 项目中标后积极选择最合适的厂家，确保设备选型与供应的顺利进行，保障项目进度；
6. 项目执行阶段组织现场的施工、调试验收工作，协助解决施工过程中的问题； 根据项目进度要求，督促落实施工单位人、机、料等施工要素的进展情况； 督促施工单位施工技术方案的编制、技术交底、安全交底等。
