Accountabilities: 1.e-Learning platform optimization and Innovation: ■ Daily operation and maintenance of the e-learning platform, ensuring timely response to digital learning requirements from training and HR team ■ Utilize tools to develop training courseware that meets the needs of training team ■ Proactively drive vendors for continuous system feature development and manage internal rollout ■ Vendor management to ensure contract compliance and timely delivery of high-quality deliverables 2.Digital Learning innovation and practice: ■ Continuously explore and implement innovative tools and practices in digital learning with measurable outcomes ■ Strategically deploy AI/AIGC technologies to advance digital learning initiatives 3.HR digital project management: ■ As project manager, lead HR system digitalization projects ■ Proactively identify user requirements in HR digitization and deliver tailored solutions 4.Cross-departmental collaboration and innovation: ■ Ensure corporate and data compliance requirements through cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, and related teams ■ Provide expert support for digital learning systems and HR platforms to optimize system functionalities and operational processes Knowledge/ Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree or above in human resources, Enterprise Information Management or related fields Skills: ■ Proficient in leading corporate learning platforms (Cornerstone, UMU, Yunxuetang, Yongdao Cloud) ■ Expert-level mastery of e-Learning tools for courseware development (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and visual design (Canva, Photoshop) ■ Advanced data analytics capabilities with Excel, Power BI, and Tableau ■ Strategic thinker with demonstrated learning agility, articulate communication skills, proactive mindset, and strong cross-functional collaboration competencies Experience: ■ 3 years HRIS and e-Learning related experience ■ Rich practical experience in digital learning projects
