Position Title: QA专员
Employment Type: [Fulltime]
Responsibilities
1.Review and analyze product specifications, samples, and supplier manufacturing processes to ensure they meet Dinova’s quality standards
2.Collaborate with sourcing and merchandising teams to identify quality risks and define corrective action plans
3.Ensure that all quality-related documentation and records are accurate and complete prior to shipment
4.Review shipment samples, packaging quality, and third-party inspection reports
5.Lead investigations and support resolution of product quality complaints from customers
6.Participate in supplier and factory evaluations based on their quality performance
7.Communicate with testing laboratories regarding technical and compliance topics
8.Occasional travel to factories for audits or on-site sample checks may be required
Requirements
1.English: Good written and spoken English for daily communication
2.Experience: Minimum 3 years in a QA role within the consumer goods industry, ideally in a buying office or sourcing environment
3.Mindset: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
4.Customer Focus: Committed to product quality and end-consumer satisfaction
5.Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
6.Problem-Solving: Analytical thinker able to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions
