Resolve escalations from sales teams and key customers promptly 快速响应销售团队及核心客户的问题升级,维护客户满意度 4. Drive performance of core KPIs: Sales Fulfillment Rate, Order Accuracy Rate, Delay Rate 推动订单达成率、准确率、延误率等核心 KPI 提升 5. Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Logistics, and Finance to align priorities and optimize processes 联动销售、计划、物流、财务等部门,对齐优先级,优化流程效率 6. Compile weekly/monthly fulfillment reports with actionable insights for stakeholders 编制周 / 月度履约报告,输出可落地的业务洞察 7. Manage, coach, and develop the team to meet KPI targets and training requirements 通过系统化培训、绩效管理和日常辅导,管理并提升团队能力,确保团队达成 KPI 指标并满足培训与合规要求
