产品开发工程师

岗位概述
现招聘产品开发工程师，主要负责制造现场产品开发落地与执行工作。本岗位将与生产、质量及工程团队紧密协作，推进产品开发验证、工业化导入及量产爬坡；作为研发团队与工厂运营之间的技术桥梁，确保从工程样件到稳定量产的全流程顺利落地。
岗位职责
（一）现场产品开发与工程验证
•驻场支持中国生产基地产品开发工作，负责工程验证阶段（EVT/DVT/PVT）的现场执行
•将产品定义、图纸及规格要求转化为可执行的生产作业指导文件
•主导工程验证与试产阶段的现场问题排查，确保进度、质量及良率目标达成
•推动工厂向设计团队反馈可制造性设计（DFM）/可装配性设计（DFA）建议，保障产品可量产性与可扩展性
（二）跨部门协同
•与现场生产、工艺工程、设备工程及质量团队紧密协作
•作为工厂团队与全球研发/产品团队之间的主要技术接口
•协调日常验证执行、问题跟踪与闭环处理
•协助开展供应商协同工作，包括物料齐套、BOM准确性及材料问题处理
（三）量产爬坡与生产支持
•支持产品量产爬坡与量产准备工作，包括工艺验证与良率稳定
•主导或协助开展量产爬坡阶段产品及工艺问题的根本原因分析与纠正措施
•管理工程变更（ECR/ECN），确保在工厂端及时落地
•支持成本降低、良率提升及各类持续改善项目（8D、PDCA等）
•按需支持客户审核、技术评审及问题解决
任职要求
（一）教育背景与工作经验
•机械、电子、光学、制造工程等相关专业本科及以上学历
•3–7年产品工程或制造工程相关工作经验，有汽车或消费电子行业经验者优先
•具备制造现场工程验证与量产支持的实操经验
•熟悉生产制造流程、良率管理及现场执行工作
•具备在工厂环境下开展跨部门协作的能力
•可根据业务需要出差

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Product Development Engineer to support product development with a strong focus on on-site execution at the manufacturing sites. This role will work closely with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to drive product development builds, industrialization, and production ramp-up. The Product Development Engineer will act as the technical bridge between development teams and factory operations, ensuring smooth execution from engineering builds to stable mass production.
Job Responsibilities:
On-Site Product Development & Engineering Builds
Support product development activities with on-site ownership of engineering builds (EVT/DVT/PVT) at China manufacturing sites.
Translate product definitions, drawings, and specifications into executable manufacturing instructions.
Lead on-site troubleshooting during engineering builds and pilot runs to ensure schedule, quality, and yield targets are met.
Drive DFM/DFA feedback from factory to design teams to ensure manufacturability and scalability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with manufacturing, process engineering, equipment engineering, and quality teams on the shop floor.
Act as the primary technical interface between factory teams and global R&D / product teams.
Coordinate daily build execution, issue tracking, and closure for development and ramp activities.
Support supplier coordination related to parts readiness, BOM accuracy, and material issues.
Ramp-Up & Production Support
Support product ramp-up and mass production readiness, including process validation and yield stabilization.
Lead or support root cause analysis and corrective actions for product- and process-related issues during ramp and production.
Manage engineering changes (ECR/ECN) and ensure timely implementation at the factory.
Support cost reduction, yield improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.issues (8D, PDCA, etc.).
Support customer audits, technical reviews, and issue resolution as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Optical, Manufacturing, or related field).
3–7 years of experience in product or manufacturing engineering, preferably in automotive or consumer electronics industries.
Hands-on experience supporting engineering builds and production at a manufacturing site.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, yield management, and shop-floor execution.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a factory environment.
Willingness to travel according to business needs.
