Position Summary
The job incumbent manages the Product development for automotive IAM/OES . He/she provides technical expertise to ensure that the products meet the customer and company requirements.

Main Accountabilities
Design & Development
1. Lead and manage the customer negotiations regarding the specifications of the filter element (air filter, cabin air filter, oil/fuel filter) products to be designed and define the functional specifications based on the customer requirements or internal MANN/WIX specifications, participate in the presentations for the developed products to the customer.
领导及管理有关设计的滤芯（空气滤，空调滤，液体滤）产品的客户交流，根据客户要求或者公司内部标准定义产品规范，并向客户展示开发的产品。
2. Create 3D model,2D drawings and BOM for quotation and nominated project according to the SOR /specification and MH standard / guideline.
根据SOR/规范和MH标准/指南，为报价和定点项目创建3D模型、2D图纸和BOM。
3. Manage and perform the `functional reviews` at certain stages during the projects (FMEA, design concept release, CAD concept etc.), Manage the process of the Functional Product release of the products within the area of responsibility.
在项目期间的某些阶段（FMEA、设计概念发布、CAD概念等）管理和执行“功能审查”，管理职责范围内产品的功能产品发布。
4. Patent check before quotation, ensure that the patent rights for new/existing products are protected in cooperation with the Legal department.
报价前进行专利检查，与法务部门合作确保新/现有产品的专利权得到保护。
5. Prepare and maintain the technical documentation regarding the products within the relevant product group.
准备并维护相关产品的技术文档。
6. Coordinate all engineering activities with the process department in order to ensure the product feasibility of the designed products.
与工艺部门协调合作，确保产品设计的可行性。
7. Manage the processes of product modification in regards to the technical specifications during the serial production.
管理批量生产过程中有关产品的技术规格修改。
8. Define the key characteristic list for the component and explain to the supplier.
定义零部件的关键特性列表并向供应商解释。
Project Management
1. Establish the plan regarding all required engineering activities within a project timing.
根据项目时间节点制定研发的产品开发计划。
2. Support all engineering activities within the project to ensure that all required tasks are performed and all deadlines/quality gates are met.
支持所有项目内的工程任务确保所有需要的任务满足节点/质量要求。
3. Manage and control the engineering budget in the project.
管理并控制项目中工程费用的支出。
4. Ensure compliance with the technical standards, processes and norms of M+H Group during the project.
确保项目期间遵守M+H 集团的技术标准、流程和规范。
Validation
1. Define DV/PV test plan acc. to customer SOR/requirement MANN/WIX specifications. Design of experiment for trouble shooting and problem solving.
根据客户要求或者内部标准定义DV/PV测试计划，故障排除和解决问题的实验设计。
2. Define simulation & NVH plan acc. to customer SOR/requirement. Understand simulation & NVH report/results and accordingly guide designer for optimization.
根据客户要求/SOR定义仿真和NVH计划，理解仿真/NVH结果并指导设计人员进行优化。
3. Participate in the development and implementation of the testing equipment, tools and methods in accordance with the customer specifications.
根据客户规范参与测试设备、工具和方法的开发和实施。
Others
1. Coordinate the engineering activities with the other M+H departments and other M+H locations local, regional and global.
与其他 M+H 部门以及其他本地、区域和全球 M+H 协调工程活动。
2. Participate in/support the development and implementation of the innovation projects within the business unit.
参与/支持业务部门内创新项目的开发和实施。
3. Provide support for fairs, tech shows and exhibitions to ensure that the M+H brand is promoted and new customers are attracted.

4. Master environmental health and safety emergency knowledge, have the ability to identify risks, wear personal protective equipment correctly, use the site's safety facilities correctly, do a good job of garbage classification, save energy.

5. Respect HSE legislation, policies, processes and instructions; participate in work-related risk assessments: stay qualified by regular training; work safely and environmentally friendly; apply safety rules and required safety equipment (PPE) consistently; eliminate unsafe conditions wherever necessary; escalate any unsafety to supervision and suggest improvements wherever possible.
