配送运营专家 Delivery Operations Specialist

岗位职责
1、负责沙特地区运力供应商的管理与运营，保障骑手资源稳定高效供给。​
2、参与运力供应商相关物流配送项目（如供应商运力提升、合作流程优化等），从需求调研、方案设计到落地执行、效果复盘，确保项目达成预期目标。​
3、结合产品运营思维，对接内部产品团队，推动运力供应商管理相关产品功能迭代，通过产品优化提升商管理效率与骑手服务质量，达成降本增效目标。​
4、跟踪关键指标（如供应商履约率、骑手配送时效、服务投诉率等），定期数据分析复盘，及时发现合作及管理中的问题，制定改进方案并推动落地。​​​
5、完成其他相关指派工作任务。
1.Be responsible for the management and operation of capacity suppliers in Saudi Arabia, ensuring the stable and efficient supply of rider resources.
2.Participate in logistics and delivery projects related to capacity suppliers (such as supplier capacity enhancement, cooperation process optimization, etc.), covering demand research, solution design, implementation, and result review, to ensure that projects meet expected goals.
3.Integrate product operation thinking, connect with the internal product team, promote the iteration of product functions related to capacity supplier management, and improve supplier management efficiency and rider service quality through product optimization to achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
4.Track key indicators (such as supplier fulfillment rate, rider delivery timeliness, service complaint rate, etc.), conduct regular data analysis and review, promptly identify problems in cooperation and management, formulate improvement plans, and promote their implementation.
5.Complete other relevant assigned tasks.
岗位基本需求
1、本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理等相关专业优先。​
2、3 年及以上物流配送相关项目运营管理经验，具备产品运营经验者优先，熟悉物流配送流程及供应商管理逻辑。​
3、英语熟练，听说读写能力良好，能顺利开展商务沟通与合作谈判。​
4、具备较强的项目管理与数据分析能力，能推进供应商相关项目，通过数据洞察问题并结合产品思维提出解决方案，熟悉中东当地物流及劳动相关政策优先。​
5、有出色的沟通协调与团队合作能力，解决问题能力强，工作认真负责，执行力与目标导向明确。
1.Bachelor's degree or above; majors in logistics management, supply chain management, or related fields are preferred.
2.At least 3 years of experience in the operation and management of logistics and delivery-related projects; experience in product operations is preferred; familiarity with logistics and delivery processes and supplier management logic.
3.Proficient in English with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; able to smoothly carry out business communication and cooperation negotiations.
4.Strong project management and data analysis capabilities; able to promote supplier-related projects, identify problems through data insights, and propose solutions with product thinking; familiarity with local logistics and labor-related policies in the Middle East is preferred.
5.Excellent communication, coordination, and team cooperation skills; strong ability to solve problems; serious and responsible in work; with clear execution and goal orientation.
