1. Leads APQP process as part of new product launches;
2. Coordinates technical reviews and assessments;
3. Develops supplier capabilities to meet Gestamp requirements;
4. Conducts Supplier Quality training at Suppliers;
5. Drives performance improvements to the established objectives at Suppliers;
6. Coordinates cross functional technical problem resolution at Supplier;
7. The Scope of this position will include a wide range of difficult problems;
8. Follows established procedures and best practices;1. Daily supervision of Quality personnel, including Incoming Quality auditors and inspectors.
9. Preparation & updating the Incoming Inspection plans.
10. Coordinating the incoming inspection activities.
11. Updating SAP Non-Conforming Product status in system.
12. Raising Non Conforming Reports in case of non conformances observed in the receipt or in line.
13. Initiate and "own" supplier Corrective Action Requests (8D,) and drive them to closure in the targeted time frame.
14. Weekly communication of rejections to suppliers.
15. Monthly Supplier PPM calculation & communication to supplier.
16. Responsible for Supplier- organization relationship management.
17. Follows established procedures and best practices;
18. Any and all other responsibilities, in addition to those mentioned above, as assigned by supervisor/manager. Any interpretation/clarification with responsibilities above will be settled by the supervisor/manager. 19. Responsible for planning and implementing safety, occupational health and environment protection management, and support manpower and material resources in order to support team complete target under the support of EHS team.
20.Understand and comply with execution the requirements of the ISO50001\ISO14001\ISO45001\two combination\green plant\safety production standardization construction and IATF16949 system .
21.Responsible for the management of general solid waste and hazardous waste within the scope of job position
22.Responsible for PPE standard wear within the position requirements
23.Familiar with hazard sources, environmental factors and control measures of the position
24.Responsible for the standard use and storage of chemicals within the position requirements
25.Responsible for the standard use of special equipment within the position requirement
26.Responsible for the position requirements in ISO14001 environmental management system, ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system and ISO50001 energy management system
27.Understand applicable EHS laws and regulations of the department
28.Good command of safety requirements in LOTO
29.Understand the approval process and process control requirements of the company's special operations

任职资格和要求 Qualifications and Requirements:

1. 3 plus years of Manufacturing or Engineering experience
2. Engineering background with clear basic knowledge
3. Skills sets like SPC, PPAP, ISO 9001, MSA, IATF16949, Quality tools VDA6.3&6.5 etc.
4.Good analytical ability.
5. Good communication
6. Very good Understanding of Manufacturing processes like stamping processes,
7. Open minded, mainly open to adjust to changing work environment
8. Additional Knowledge of quality management systems, Quality tools, six sigma etc.
9. Quality control techniques Core tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA,APQP,PPAP)
10. Ability to travel 40% of the time.
