Online Contractor Role Marketing and Data Specialist Job Responsibilities: 1. Assist in Developing Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the team to formulate detailed marketing plans to ensure alignment with business objectives. 2. Execution and Implementation: Actively track the progress of campaign implementation across multiple channels to ensure all activities go live as scheduled. Coordinate internal and external resources to resolve any issues that may arise and ensure the smooth execution of activities. Oversee and maintain the execution process across various channels, including but not limited to online stores, advertising, social media, and offline activities, ensuring consistency and high-quality presentation. 3. Performance Review: Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to provide detailed reports and suggest improvements for future activities. 4. Operation and Planning Support: Daily data consolidation, analyze, demand and forecast tracking as well as internal communication. Key Qualifications: 1. Demonstrated ability to efficiently execute plans with a high degree of responsibility, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard. 2. Demonstrated capability to solve complex, cross-functional business problems while dealing with ambitious timelines and opposing priorities. 3. Excellent communications, project management, and organizational skills. 4. Attention to detail ensures a high level of data accuracy is maintained. 5. Enjoys the challenge of high-volume workload. 6. Proficiency in Keynote is preferred. 7. Result driven oriented. Education & Experience: 1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent. 2. 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing and operations, with a preference for experience in Tmall e-commerce operations. 3. 3 years’ experience focused on data analysis. 4. Strong excel and tableau or python skills is a plus. 5. Familiar with Mac OS preferred.
