Position Overview 职位概述:
This role will be responsible for implementing marketing plan to provide business opportunities to support the business growth. Key responsibilities include managing online and offline campaigns, leads assessment and analysis, sales tools development, and market intelligence. The role will require working directly with customers, sales and marketing.

Main Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Organize, plan, and execute events such as trade shows, conferences, and other customer events. Coordinate internal and external requirements to ensure the overall effectiveness of the events.
组织、策划并执行营销活动,如展会、会议、其他客户活动等,协调内外部需求,确保活动整体效果。
2. Maintain and update content on website and other online platforms, improving impressions, lead generation and conversion through SEM, GEO, and digital campaigns.
维护和更新官网及其他线上平台内容,通过SEM、GEO及线上营销活动提升网络曝光、线上获客及转化。
3. Online leads qualification and transfer, continuously optimize online campaigns through lead analysis.
线上销售线索接收、记录、评估及转出,并通过线索分析,对线上活动进行持续优化。
4. Manage and develop local sales tools(incl. brochures, videos, presentations, mini-site, customer gift and give-aways, etc.)
管理和开发适合本地的销售工具,如手册、视频、演示文稿、微站、客户礼品等。
5. Track industry trends, competitor activities and market needs; analyze and produce regular reports.
收集追踪行业趋势、竞争对手动态及客户需求,分析数据并定期输出报告。
6. Proactively learn and explore innovative marketing best practice to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
主动学习并探索创新的营销实践,持续提升营销效果。
7. Support other marketing activities.

Qualification &Specification 任职资格:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majors in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or Advertising preffered
本科及以上学历,市场营销、新闻传播、工商管理、广告等专业优先。
2. 1-3 years of marketing-related experience; candidates with experience in event planning, digital marketing, and market intelligence are preferred.
1-3年市场营销相关经验,具备展会策划执行、数字营销、市场情报经验者优先。
3. Good business acumen, strong learning, analysis and problem solving ability.
具有商业敏锐度及洞察力,学习能力强,有分析和解决问题的能力。
4. Excellent communicator, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

5. Proactive and optimistic, responsible, detail oriented.

6. Fluent oral and written English.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office software, such as Word, Excel, especiallyPowerPoint.

8. Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite preferred.
