FP&A Analyst – China region Location:Shanghai Key Responsibilities • Provide financial analysis, insights to help China regional team to drive business objectives • Support on planning and reporting activities including monthly closing/rolling forecast/Budget/Long term forecast; coordinating as needed with local and corporate finance • Support internal and external deliverables on financial results (variances, margin analytics, trends, etc.) to finance and business management • Identify and communicate risks and opportunities • Collaborate and coordinate with other finance and business functions locally as required to meet objectives and deliverables including commentary, analysis and results • Implement and improve reporting processes and tools to drive efficiencies • Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as required. Requirements Education Bachelor degree or above majoring in accounting or finance CICPA or other international accounting qualification holder preferred Experience Experience in big 4 accounting firm is highly preferred >=3 years’ related working record in Accounting or Finance Strong experience in financial analysis area, prefer >= 2 years FP&A experience in a Multinational Company Skills & Competence Strong communication skills, plus good written and oral English Excellent MS Office skillset, automation and modeling skill (Power query, Power BI, Power automate, etc.) is preferred Good team player and positive attitude ‘Can-do’ attitude and is able to work under fast pace and pressu
