项目协调（项目经理）

Education教育程度：
• Bachelor or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
机械或电气工程专业，本科或以上学历
Working experience工作经验：
• Three years CNC machine tools area working experience as well as knowledge in project coordination or management
三年以上CNC机床行业工作经验 并具有项目协调工作经验或项目管理知识
Skill and competency技能及任职能力：
• Fluent in speaking/writing English (German preferred)
良好的英语听说读写（会德语最好）;
• Conflict Management skills
具备冲突管理能力；
• Good communication skills and team working spirit
良好的沟通能力及团队协作精神；
• Compromised with project on results (Time, Quality, Cost)
保证项目的时间，质量，成本等；
• Risk Management skills
具备风险管理能力；
• High skill in coordination and organization
优秀的协调组织能力；
• Strong ability in project planning, tracking and cost control.
擅长于项目规划，追踪及成本控制的能力；
• Profound MS-office knowledge
深厚的办公软件应用能力；
• Available for China and International travel, -follow the projects onsite during 30% of the calendar year;
能够在国内及国外出差- 在年度30% 左右的时间需要在项目现场跟踪项目。
This position requires but not limits following major job functions. Temporary duties consuming <10% of working time are not listed unless it is an essential job function.
本岗位职责包含但不限于以下列出的主要工作职责，占用工作时间小于10% 的临时职责没有列出，除非它是主要职责。
1. Specific staff demand/supply scheduling for the project site
项目现场具体工作人员的供需计划；
2. Preparation for setting up the construction site
施工现场具体设施的准备；
3. Detailed scheduling and planning for the site, till FAC/last outstanding payment
为施工现场创建详细的计划表, 直至项目终验收/持续至未付款项；
4. Monitoring progress and managing of the project and find solutions in case of deviations
监控并管理现场项目进度并解决发现的问题；
5. Responsibility for compliance with the goals for the construction site (time, quality, cost)
负责项目现场的目标的实施（时间、质量、成本）；
6. Controlling and report of technical issues to the responsible departments and following till closing
控制和向相关部门报告技术问题并跟踪至关闭；
7. Coordination Onsite Leader (site manager) for installation, commissioning, project acceptance tasks and procedure
和现场工长协调现场安装，调试，项目验收事宜及进度；
8. Contacting with the customer (Alignments, Agreements, schedule adjustment, retoolings and so on)
与客户保持沟通, (事宜协商，计划调整，项目改造等)；
9. Open issue list (creation, tracking, maintain till closing)
开口问题清单的创建跟踪以及维护，直至关闭；
10. Responsible for the processing of open issue list
负责开口问题清单的追踪；
11. Resource planning for the site (forecasting)
现场资源规划（前瞻性）；
12. Handling other tasks assigned by the General Manager or the supervisor/manager
承办总经理或上级主管/经理安排的其他事宜。
13. Keep all data and information related to the project and technology accurate, secure, and properly stored, and protected from unauthorized access, modification, or loss.
对所有涉及项目、技术等相关资料文件数据信息进行准确、安全、有效的保存，防止未经授权的访问、修改或丢失。
