Focused on managing the overall execution of the project, ensuring scope, cost, schedule, risk, and quality are aligned. Organized and led the cross-functional team, addressing project requirements and coordinating resources effectively. Communications with internal and external stakeholders, addressing technical clarifications and order changes. Monitored project performance, aiming to improve on-time delivery, revenue, profit margins, and customer satisfaction.
How You’ll Make an Impact

• Manage the GIS (Gas-Insulated Switchgear) export projects as per process defined in SHVS process descriptions and framework guideline, according to contract requirements and customer needs.
• Overall responsibility for the project execution, incl. scope, cost, schedule, risk & quality management.
• Organize and lead the cross functional and supporting resources and project team to fulfill project requirements and needs.
• As the main interface between SHVS factory with internal and external stakeholders, be responsible for communication and coordination of project related matters, e.g., technical clarification, order change & claim, factory and site acceptance, etc.
• Responsible for the project performance, e.g., on-time delivery rate, revenue forecast, profit improvement, payment and cashflow, and as well as customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

• Bachelor over above. Major in Electric and Mechanical engineering preferred.
• Fluent English speaking and writing is a must. Second foreign language is a plus.
• Working experience as project manager is a must. IPMA or PMP certificates preferred.
• Solid knowledge of GIS product and experience in high voltage transmission business preferred.
• Working experience in multinational company preferred. And oversea working experience is a plus.
• Capable of necessary domestic and international travelling.
