Job Description:
1.Customer Development & Maintenance: Fully responsible for the development of customers in high-tech fields such as automobiles and new energy, establishing customer profiles and maintaining long-term cooperative relationships, laying a customer foundation for the sales of human resources solutions.
2.HR Solution Customization: Deeply communicate customer needs, provide tailored overall HR outsourcing solutions, independently complete solution modifications and organization, and ensure that the solutions match customer business scenarios.
3.Sales Process Promotion: Independently responsible for business negotiations, customer visit follow-up, contract negotiations, and subsequent maintenance, promoting the signing and implementation of human resources solutions.
4.Demand Mining & Expansion: Maintain core customer relationships, proactively explore potential human resources outsourcing needs of existing customers, expand cooperation scope, and increase single customer sales.
5.Customer Satisfaction & Feedback: Collect customer opinions and provide timely feedback, coordinate internal and external resources to solve problems, ensure customer satisfaction, promote secondary cooperation and referrals.
6.Payment Follow-Up & Risk Control: Follow up on customer payment progress throughout the process, assess collection risks, and develop response strategies to ensure the safety of the company's sales receipts.
Job Qualification :
1.Education: Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in marketing, human resource management, or related fields.
2.Industry Resources: Possessing customer resources or sales experience in high-tech industries such as automotive, aerospace, IT, new energy are preferred, familiar with the characteristics of industry customer needs.
3.Sales Competence: Strong time management skills, able to withstand sales performance pressure, good interpersonal and business communication skills, able to confidently connect with customers.
4.Language Skill: Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, can be used as a working language, and can smoothly communicate with international customers or cross language sales.
