高级嵌入式硬件工程师

Key Responsibilities:

主要职责：

1. Design robot control embedded hardware (schematics, PCBs, structure), for example, AI controllers, motor drivers, HMI controllers, sensor hubs, and controllers for future.

参与设计机器人电子控制器硬件（原理图，电路板，结构），例如：AI计算平台、电机驱动器、人机交互控制器、传感测量控制器、未来新型需求控制器等；

2. Contribute to defining application requirements for intelligent agricultural robots, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and help design the system architecture and detailed requirement specifications.

参与制定智能农业机器人应用需求，分析法律法规，设计系统架构和需求列表；

3. Assist in product prototyping and in testing the various functions of electronic controller hardware and robotic systems.

参与产品试制，测试电子控制器硬件和机器人系统的各项功能；

4. Oversee controller production, providing guidance to technicians during the assembly process.

跟进控制器生产，监督指导技师生产装配；

5. Identify opportunities for product optimization, maintain clear development documentation, and actively contribute to the team’s knowledge base.

归纳产品优化方向，整理开发文档，共建知识库。

6. Support product demonstration and business development;

参与相关成果展示，支持业务部门同事开拓客户及合作伙伴；

Qualifications:

任职要求：

1. Bachelor or master’s degree in Electronic Information, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or other related area, PhD degree is a plus; Two years of relevant work experience or outstanding fresh graduates;

电子信息、电机工程、控制工程、汽车工程、计算机、物理等相关专业本科及以上学历，博士优先; 两年以上相关工作经验或者特别优秀的应届毕业生；

2. Preferred qualifications include experience in designing AI controllers for robots or BLDC/PMSM motor drivers, as well as a background in developing high-reliability products for robotics, automotive, or industrial applications.

有机器人AI控制器、BLDC/PMSM电机驱动器设计经验者优先，有机器人、汽车、工业类等高可靠性产品背景者优先；

3. Solid understanding of fundamental physics, circuit principles, and electronic component selection.

熟悉基本物理知识、电路原理、元器件选型知识；

4. Proficient in circuit design for onboard power supplies, signal conditioning, and power drive systems.

熟悉板载电源、信号调理、功率驱动等电路设计；

5. Professional in using EDA design software, such as Altium Designer, Spice simulation, etc.

熟悉EDA设计软件使用，如Altium Designer，Spice仿真等；

6. Skilled in using a variety of relevant tools and test instruments, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.

熟悉各种相关工具、测试仪器例如示波器、万用表和逻辑分析仪等的使用；

7. Knowledge of professional engineering practices & best practices for the full product development life cycle, including product standards, design reviews, version control, prototyping, testing, and release

熟悉产品工程、产品开发全生命周期的实践，包括产品标准、设计审查、版本管理、试制、测试及发布等；

8. Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and test hardware in a fast-paced environment;

能在快节奏环境中高效设计、实现并测试硬件系统；

9. Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with R&D teams, supply chain partners, and manufacturing teams.

具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力，能高效地与其他研发人员、供应链、生产团队对接；

10. Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to confidently read and understand technical documents, regulations, and standards in English.

良好的中英文沟通能力，能熟练阅读英文技术文档、法规标准。

11. A can-do attitude, a good team player, but also capable of solving problems independently;
