Position aims: - Implement the Company vision "Best in Class" and the Company mission "Customer Incentive" - Provide in-depth business support for existing customers - Work with the Technical Sales Department to obtain profitable commodities as per the objective - Assist actively and take initiative to obtain new customers-new market shares targetedly at home and abroad - Provide support in establishing new Company business areas except for the core business - Manage the members of the project team as per the specific situations - Conduct project control as per the Company project management command - Implement the project efficiently - Provide full support for the project from inquiry to batch production Tasks: Planning, management and control tasks: - Manage the project information and give response in the quotation stage - Maintain monthly targets and realize prediction & parameter - Handle the project as per the instructions and process of the company - Ensure the organizational process during the project implementation - Participate in and manage the regular discussion held by the project team, including the cross-department discussion - Improve the gross margin of products continuously in the framework of project work by examination and approval with the Production Department for production cost reduction - Cooperate closely with all departments to ensure the conversion between knowledge and method Employee management tasks (here: management matrix): - Manage and motivate the members of the project team as per the basic principles of management - Support and coordinate the cooperation related to the project with all relevant departments Process/System: - Apply 3V system to make coherent and target-oriented decisions within the scope of authority - Comply with the company management system, customer requirements and legal provisions - Assist and implement the customer review - Manage the project, achieve the minimum gross margin during the project implementation as required - Assist in optimizing the organizational process Professional tasks: - Customer consultation and support in technology and business - Build and maintain in-depth relationship management - Obtain the targeted orders - Give quotation description and notify quotation reservations on technology - Communicate about the project result and project status - Be responsible for customer satisfaction in the framework of project work - As the contact of customer in the project - Achieve the agreed project management target - Assist in achieving the corporate target - Cooperate closely with the directors of the Technical Sales Department, the Sales Management Department and other key positions Report Line: Report to Head of PG Requirements: - Technical qualification and good business comprehension, e.g. Master of Engineering in Mechanical Manufacture, plastics technology or equivalent training, or years of work experience as a professional in the development design field - Knowledge on electronic data processing (SAP, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Outlook) - Master the use of project management tools - Technical acumen in developing the future-oriented solutions for customers - Acumen in technical feasibility during batch production - Independent working mode based on the agreed target with project and customer as orientation - Extroverted, with excellent communication skills as well as reliable, attractive and trustworthy manner - Emotional insight and soft skills required to manage the project team and motivate relevant personnel - Have ability to motivate customers actively: ability of obtaining orders, persuasion, conflict settlement ability and emotional expression ability - Independent working mode, dedicated and flexible at work - Ready for business trips abroad in order to acquire new customers and maintain existing customers - Equipped with mentality and manners of entrepreneur - Fluent in spoken English Special qualities/additional capacities: 1.
