As part of its international development and global strategy, AKKA group acquired 65% of MBTech in 2012 in order to reinforce its capabilities in the automotive industry. In September 2018, AKKA group acquired 100% of MBTech. Thus, MBTech is now fully owned by the AKKA group and MBTech became a wholly owned subsidiary of AKKA.
