Tasks:
- Keep and control the production in good operation
- Control and organize the daily production
- Create and follow up the action plan for bottleneck machine
- Analyze of production data according BW figures
- Responsible of production key figures (actual utilization, machine utilization, down time)
- Control of daily output and scrap quantity
- Analysis scrap reason and take action
- Keep improving the quality of production
- For quality issue from customer, take response analysis and action
- ensure operator working according to standard process in Schaeffler
- Directly responsible for the implementation of procedures
- Responsible for keeping the cost in the right condition
- Responsible for personnel planning
- Responsible for accomplishing the appraisal talk with the employees
- Ensure to reach the company’s goals for the successful fulfillment of the project and meet the customers’ requirements
- Directly responsible for reporting on the performance of the department
- Support and take initiatives on Fit for Quality
- Support and take initiatives on MOVE
- Support and take initiatives on Health, Safety & Security
- Support on Environmental Management
- Support on Internal Control
- Support on Excellence
