- ● Handle employee life cycle activities like onboarding, separation, transfer, contract renewal, long service award,etc
- ● Manage employee’s personal file
- ● Employee certificate
- ● Responsible for government activities (working hour application, workforce registration and reporting)
- ● Manage HR Service products
- ● Support Internal/External audit process
- ● Coordinate with vendor/agency
- ● Coordinate with other HR service line and Hub Service team ( In Bangalore, India)
- ● Bachelor’s degree or above
- ● Be able to adapt to a dynamic and multi-cultural working environment
- ● Knowledge of business environment and structure and desire to keep up to date regarding business and industry trends and implications
- ● 2+ years’ experience in HR Service function, working experience in foreign company is an advantage
- ● Collaboration and networking skills
- ● Excellent speaking & written in English.

We are seeking HR Service Specialist with relevant HR experience and background for our HR Services ,HR team in Beijing China.
As a HR Service Specialist, you will be responsible for execute accurate service processes related to Employee Life Cycle, following employee changes in company from onboarding to separation, ensure appropriate support for internal customers, and oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders.
