This Position reports to:
Production Engineering Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

· Lead new product transfer & introduction Project and ramp-up capability set
up.
· Introduce new equipment & tools before production. Optimize the
equipment/tool design so as to improve production efficiency.
· Prepare SOP and process quality control documents; and ensure that the
contents specified in the documents are not separated from the production
practice, clear and easy to understand, and can be effectively realized in the
production process and achieve the desired effect.
· Develop manufacturing technology, lead production line automation and
digital intelligence transformation.
Qualifications for the Role

· Bachelor degree or above, electrical and mechanical background.
· At least 3 years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering.
· Knowledge in CAD & Office.
· Good in execution, planning, teamwork and communication.
· Fluent in spoken and written English Skill.
