职位描述
2、管理及统筹工程部门暖通及给排水相关运作，明确暖通班组与给排水班组的工作范围及职责。
3、准备暖通及给排水工程相关文件，制定技术标准及规格，分析目标并提出改进建议。
4、解决商场及办公楼暖通、给排水系统的工程问题并作出技术决策。
5、保持与政府相关管理部门（特检院、环保局、水务局、卫健委等）的联系，确保合规。
6、与商场运营、写字楼客服、物业部等其他部门保持良好沟通及协作关系。
7、监察商户及租户装修工程中暖通、给排水部分遵循《装修手册》施工，符合综合体工程标准。
8、监察商场及办公楼公共用电、用水、用气量，重点优化空调、通风、锅炉及给排水系统能耗，制定并落实节能节水措施。
9、监察暖通及给排水设备设施的运行情况，持续评估并改善运行效率。
10、确保所有暖通及给排水相关设备（锅炉、压力容器、空调主机、冷却塔、水泵、水箱、管道、隔油池等）依照政府规定接受定期检查、测试和保养。
11、应对并解答商户/租户关于空调、通风、给排水等方面的工程问题及投诉，监察员工客户服务的工作效率和水准。
12、向工程经理提交每月暖通及给排水工程运行报告。
13、按时完成上级领导安排的工作，积极配合其他班组工作。
