职位描述
（2）前台电话接听，记录，转接等工作；
（3）受理客户报修、投诉及建议。对于简单投诉，即时处理并闭环；对于复杂或群体性投诉（如噪音干扰、公区卫生、停车难等），做好记录与安抚，按流程上报并跟进处理进度，确保在规定时限内回访。
（4）认真负责，有较强服务意识，较强的沟通及团队协同能力，较强的抗压能力；
（5）服务意识较强，耐心细致，有亲和力及团队凝聚力，服从上级安排；
